THIS PAGE IS A WORK IN PROGRESS AND MAY GO THROUGH MANY REVISIONS.

Freddy Krueger is a serial killer and the main antagonist of A Nightmare on Elm Street (book adaptations of the film series by Bob Italia).

The parents of his victims tracked him to a boiler room and set him on fire. It is hinted that this boiler room may not be same boiler room he was using before he was arrested. Being set on fire isn't what actually killed him. Marge Thompson fatally shot him while he was on fire. (Literally, Mommy killed him.)

In Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (book adaptation by Bob Italia) it is hinted that Freddy Krueger may have made a deal with the Dream Demons some time before this.

As revenge upon the people who set him on fire, he targeted those people's children, and actually told those people he was going to do so while he was on fire.

It is hinted that he made a deal with the Dream Demons some time before being set on fire. Being set on fire isn't what actually killed him. Marge Thompson fatally shot him.

He apparently took his victims to a boiler room that Marge Thompson referred to as "his boiler room".

After he was set free, he was found in "an old boiler room". The way Marge Thompson talks about it, it sounds like this is a different boiler room than the one he used before he was arrested. (see above)

It is stated that gasoline was poured all around with a trail going out the door and that a Molotov Coctail was thrown through a window, and that the door was locked.

He encountered the Dream Demons right after he was set on fire, though, as stated above, this may not have been the first time he encountered them.

According to Marge Thompson, this version of Freddy Krueger wasn't actually killed by the fire, but died from a gunshot wound inflicted by her, using her husband's gun. (Literally, mommy killed him.)

His death is reported by a Springwood newspaper. However, Amanda Krueger claims that no body was ever found.
